This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must reside in IA, WI, IL, TX, MN, MI, FL, CO, AZ, or WA to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Overall CRM ecosystem maintenance and performance
- CRM hygiene
- Maintaining and improving CRM processes and accuracy
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
- Execution and advancement of sales and marketing strategies, plans, and systems
- Lead generation
- List building
- Creating campaigns
- Lead qualification
- Scheduling sales meetings with prospective clients
- Driving CRM initiatives and campaign execution
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong team player but comfortable working independently
- Background in a similar role or degree in relatable field
- Analytical and data driven
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn and Sharepoint
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to proactively offer ideas and insights to improve CRM process functionality
- Knowledge of marketing methods and best practices
