Position Overview:
The Senior Content Marketing Manager will lead the complete process for the creation, updating, distribution, and tracking of marketing materials. The Senior Content Marketing Manager will ensure content is on brand, and optimized for all channels and user experiences, and much more within a dynamic team who is highly visible within the organization.
Responsibilities of the Senior Content Marketing Manager:
- Develop thought leadership and demand generation content and create sales collateral to support the various stages of the sales cycle
- Develop and drive the complete process for the creation, updating, distribution, and tracking of marketing materials
- Ensure all content is on-brand, error free, optimized for all channels and user experiences, and consistent in style
- Ensure that one pagers, web copy, sales decks, guides, infographics, and video vignettes share a standard structure across the company
- Manage the distribution strategy of all content across all channels (both internal and external)
- Lead creative sessions and generate ideas for new marketing campaigns, promotions, and messaging
- Manage and complete multiple concurrent projects, ensuring projects finish on time, in budget, and work with cross-functional resources
- Align the content strategy to Atrium's prospect and customer buying processes and each stage of the customer journey
- Create, develop, and maintain an editorial calendar, working with cross-functional resources as content contributors
- Align messaging with brand and product marketing and execute joint marketing initiatives
Qualifications for the Senior Content Marketing Manager:
- Proven experience creating content and copy for print, web, social media, and video
- Demonstrated track record of creating and managing library of sales and marketing materials
- Ability to clearly communicate complex data and technology concepts with the end user in mind
- Understand how to clearly communicate the value proposition, and tell a "story" that the target audience can relate to
- Knowledge of how to utilize marketing assets on social media, as well as SEO and SEM tactics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and others
- Creative and/or design experience is a plus
- Exceptional at communicating with others
- Must be a highly organized, motivated, and self-starting individual
- Experience in writing for the staffing industry and/or contingent workforce management is strongly preferred
- Exceptional command of the English language
- Proven editorial skills

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a major in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism is required
