Member Experience Content Specialist

We are looking for a Content Specialist for the Member Experience (MX) team. You’ll work closely with other Member Experience team members to plan and create content that will support the Oura consumers and enable the MX team to deliver consistent and outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll be based out of our SF office or remote within the U.S.

What you will do:

  • Create and update MX content across multiple channels (Help Center articles, macros/canned responses, internal knowledge bases) on a regular basis
  • Create copy that is informative, engaging, audience-appropriate and strategically delivered to support our customers along their journey with Oura
  • Ensure content supports our brand standards, style guidelines, and legal and compliance requirements
  • Learn about our customers, and Identify gaps and opportunities to improve MX content
  • Work with appropriate teams to localize materials as needed
  • Continually gather feedback from internal stakeholders to help inform, update, and maintain MX content
  • Perform regular competitor analysis to inform and improve Oura’s MX content approach

Requirements


We would love to have you on our team, if you have:
  • 4+ years experience in a similar content role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (technical writing a plus)
  • Familiarity with tools and systems related to content management
  • Experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Solid grasp of key metrics related to successful customer support
  • Ability to break down complicated concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content
  • Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding time management, and organization skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Experience using Zendesk, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace (G Suite) preferred
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1 $80,000 - $86,000
  • Region 2 $76,000 - $81,700
  • Region 3 $72,000 - $77,400
  • Region 4 $68,000 - $73,100
