Hire Digital is looking for an analytical and effective Talent Recruiter who will source, attract and close the best candidates in technology, digital marketing, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities
Understand hiring needs deeply, so as to consult internal account managers as well as external clients appropriately.
Own the talent sourcing, outreach, assessment, and closing pipeline.
Prepare and perfect job descriptions.
Work on initiatives to attract strong candidates.
Source and qualify candidates, drive pipeline inbound and outbound momentum.
Analyze and interpret talent market data in different verticals and geographies.
Effectively and pro-actively communicate with team members, clients, and candidates at every level.
Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates.
Offer, renew, negotiate and close contracts.
Requirements
At least three years of recruitment experience is required, with prior experience in technical, and digital marketing roles is a plus.
Knowledge of recruitment methods and hiring best practices.
Good understanding of technical, digital, and marketing roles, skills, and technology.
Have a highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
