Looking to hire a couple of recruiters to assist a client of ours for their recruiting needs. This is fully remote and will go for 3-4 months.
Must be able to use their own computer and phone.

Pay $30-40HR(Max)
Track monthly recruiting metrics as agreed upon with management.
Identify, select, recruit, and retain highly skilled candidates.
Work closely with senior leadership to understand their needs and priorities with respect to filling sold and funded, unfunded, proposal, and contingent job requisitions.
Participate in full life-cycle hands-on recruitment. Create and maintain appropriate records and tracking reports in relation to compiled research.
Proactively build talent pipeline and network of potential candidates by identifying, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for future growth targets and goals using internal and external tools and databases.
Focus on the identification, selection, and retention of the workforce through employee referrals and resource management while building diversity and veteran hiring programs.
Must have experience maximizing social, mobile, and digital recruitment tools.
