A US-based pharmaceutical client is looking for a Visual Designer to work on a variety of projects supporting education and treatment for rare diseases. You will also be responsible for designing engaging health-focused websites/landing pages, emails, and social media posts.
Responsibilities
Design assets for web, email, social media, and digital advertising, as needed:
Coordinate review of assets within cross-functional teams to get design and review feedback.
Develop and/or uphold brand guidelines for a variety of different stakeholders.
Annotate high-fidelity designs for the promotional review and production teams.
Defend the strength of ideas in Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review while remaining receptive to feedback and further explorations that may be deemed more effective or appropriate.
Seek opportunities to optimize, test, or advance new capabilities and share learnings across the organization.
Participate in daily stand-ups and utilize Jira, as part of the Agile marketing process.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Visual Designer or similar role in an agency or in-house environment.
Fluency and experience in the design thinking process with a strong portfolio of impactful work.
Previous experience in the healthcare/life sciences space is an added advantage.
Additional design skills in related fields, including filmmaking, motion design, and prototyping is a plus.
Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently with experience in designing cross-channel experiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
