We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Agency Sales Recruiter to join our team! As our Agency Sales Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to work with our Agency field leaders and Sourcing Specialists to attract top talent to our Insurance Agent and Financial Advisor career opportunities. This is a remote full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home.
In this role, you'll be responsible for utilizing a variety of tactics, such as leveraging sourcing tools, local market partnerships, referral sources, and networks, to drive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection activities. You'll also track candidate activity throughout the full recruitment process, anticipate recruitment opportunities, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through contract date. Additionally, you will partner with field leaders and management to advise on targeted recruiting practices.
To be successful in this role, you should be a highly motivated self-starter, results-minded, and have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should also have experience with successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies and tools, such as internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, and research. You should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and be comfortable working with various levels of leadership and executives. Additionally, you should be familiar with applicant tracking systems and/or candidate relationship management systems, and have intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
