The Role
Supports Lumen Mass Markets consumer initiatives. The role is an experienced, strategic analyst with a background in marketing, creative testing, forecasting, sales, and website analytics.
The position will assist in Digital marketing, Go to Market, and Creative teams in testing and evolving all aspects of the digital display and social strategy. This person will work across teams to monitor and report on A/B Test and creative campaigns. Additionally, this position will be able to produce exploratory analysis, reporting, and visualizations to serve the dual purpose of driving decision making and delivering fact-based actionable recommendations. This role requires a strategic mind-set as well as analytical skills and the ability to apply those effectively to achieve results.
The Main Responsibilities
- Drive creative marketing analytics: attribution, campaign measurement, visitor site behavior and reporting.
- Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making
- Identify key success indicators and determine best practices for measurement and reporting
- Track and monitor impacts from changes to digital ad-copy to improve customer engagement and value metrics
- Create and automate dashboards, reports, and other data tools to support the goals of the Digital Media team
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Experience with a reporting and analytics applications
- Experience with digital creative and digital marketing
- Experience collecting, validating, and analyzing data. Must be able to manipulate data, develop visualizations, triangulate, and summarize results.
- Must have a passion for accuracy and a strong drive to create new processes and utilize tools that have yet to be explored; it is essential to be able to maintain a balance between the details and the larger picture
- Ability to engage with the business and use data analysis to influence key stakeholders at various levels
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with demonstrated ability to organize and schedule work effectively
- Ability to successfully work with various levels of management
- Previous work in a PMO or analytics team, ideally providing analytics to inform business decisions is desirable
- Experience in a technical environment preferred
- Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker experience preferred
- 4 years of analytical work experience is preferred
