We are looking for a creative and collaborative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and awareness through various digital channels, including social media, website management, CRM, email campaigns, and other digital marketing opportunities.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, self-motivated, and can work effectively while being independent. You will use consumer research and insights to develop and execute online growth strategies that meet varying objectives and clearly defined KPIs. You will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for managing our social media presence, website, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic direction of our social media initiatives, both organic and paid
- Identify new digital opportunities coming to market that are useful and impactful to the operation
- Develop strategies to improve user experience within our company website and manage it on an ongoing basis
- Utilize CRM tools to further understand consumer buying behaviors, demographics, and more
- Develop and manage email campaign strategies that support and/or drive all digital marketing efforts
- Analyze and present KPI/ROI reporting, monthly or as needed
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images and video) for publishing
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
- Administer promotions, contests, and/or other informative events within digital channels to increase advertising efforts
- Build and monitor positive online reviews and reputation
- Develop presentations that summarize and communicate results derived from our social media presence
- Respond to reviews with detailed information and provide customer service support and analysis
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or an education-related field preferred
- Good oral communication, presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and must be eligible for Tribal Insurance
- Preference given to Hualapai Tribal members
Working Conditions:
This is a remote/office job that requires travel between all operational locations on a regular basis. You must be within 150 miles of either site to qualify for the position. We offer a competitive salary, full training, and advancement opportunities.
