Our Client, an award-winning, tech-forward digital performance agency, seeks a UI/UX Designer to work closely with the Art Director and multidisciplinary digital team on the latest web projects.

The UX/ UI Designer will work directly with a multidisciplinary team to design engaging and effective websites, apps, and digital experiences. You are passionate about exceptional design and crafting user experiences. The UX/ UI designer should have a strong aesthetic sensibility, understanding of layout, brand design and in-depth knowledge of web design and the latest technologies.


What you will do:

• Work on various design projects which include conceptualization of a new section to web page updates within existing frameworks and applying style guides.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design and functionality to the client and team.

• Participate in internal design reviews and brainstorming sessions

• Collaborate with our design, development team to ensure projects meet design guidelines, working collaboratively

• Understand client requirements and propose elegant design solutions

• Ability to manage and develop design libraries with adherence to brand guidelines

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of professional work experience in UI experience with UX design
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience with Adobe Sketch, InVision and or Zeplin/ Avocode
    • Experience with design toolkits such as Figma or Sketch
    • Expertise in graphic design fundamentals.
    • Ability to work, think, and respond quickly, while maintaining attention to detail on multiple projects simultaneously
    • A Track record of designing flows and wireframes
    • Strong understanding of web design and user experience disciplines and principles including typography, iconography, color, animation, consistency, and usability,
    • Experience collaborating on a digital team, including Developers, Copywriters, Strategists, Project Manager's
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
