About the
Role:
As the
Digital Marketing Specialist at Identity Automation, you will support the
planning, execution, and ongoing management of our digital marketing channels
to drive awareness and demand generation within Identity Automation’s target
market. The digital marketing specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day
operations within Hubspot, our marketing automation platform, as well as
planning, content creation, and execution within our digital channels,
particularly email and social. The ideal candidate has experience with campaign
execution, data analysis, and conversion optimization. This role reports to the
Director of Marketing, but will work closely with the Demand Generation Manager
and the entire Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the
Demand Generation Manager, Marketing Content Specialist, and other members
of marketing and sales to plan and execute integrated campaigns across
digital channels, such as email, social, website, and paid media.
- Manages day-to-day marketing
operations within Hubspot, Triblio, and other platforms, including
campaign and workflow set-up and updates, list and database management,
notifications, template set-up, and scheduling.
- Manages the email channel,
including content creation, set-up, metrics, as well as implementing
testing and optimization tactics. Email types include: Inbound, outbound,
customer, nurture, newsletters, event outreach, and more.
- Optimizes our current
nurture campaigns (acquisition, onboarding, upsells, and engagement) and
develops new concepts using analysis of different customer segments
- Uses HubSpot to build-out
CTAs, landing pages, forms, blog articles, emails, and workflows.
- Manages social media
accounts and calendar, focusing on growing engagement, conversion, and
followers with relevant and interesting content
- Drafts social media posts
spanning brand storytelling, press releases and company news, event
promotion, industry topics, and product promotion.
- Analyzes data to measure
success within email and social channels, while identifying new
optimization opportunities to increase engagement and conversion
- Executes webinar and podcast
setup and operations, using Go-To-Webinar, Hubspot, Buzzsprout, and other
tools.
- Responsible for managing and
maintaining campaign assets in Hubspot File Manager, Wordpress, and
internal Wiki.
- Regularly implements website
content updates, including building and updating pages and implementing
Technical SEO updates, such as meta descriptions, header tags, linking,
etc.
- Assists in the execution and
management of paid media campaigns when necessary.
- Performs keyword research
and monitors SEO performance, expansion, and optimization as needed.
- Implements conversion
tracking using UTM codes, setting up goals & conversions in Google
& LinkedIn, and tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager.
- Remains up-to-date on email,
social media, and other digital marketing trends, topics and standard
methodologies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, or related qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on digital
marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology space
- Experience with HubSpot or
equivalent marketing automation software
- Experience executing email
campaigns with continual optimization
- Excellent interpersonal,
oral and written communication skills
- Certifications, such as
Hubspot, Google Adwords, SEMRush, a plus
- Basic HTML and CSS coding
experience a plus
