Job Summary:

on the hunt for a proven Content Marketing Manager to add to our best-in-class
Marketing team.
To thrive in this position, you must be a storyteller at heart who gets giddy
over creative word play, but also be execution-focused, actively accountable
for multiple content projects and delivering against tight timeframes.
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and
managing content for various digital channels including websites, blogs, social
media posts, email campaigns, and more. They must be knowledgeable of the
latest industry trends and familiar with emerging technologies to ensure all
content is up-to-date and relevant. The ideal candidate should also have
experience developing content strategies, storyboarding, and editing.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an
effective editorial and content strategy for Medrio that is fully aligned
with campaign cycles to maximize success.
- Create an array of content
that incorporates videos, blogs, ebooks, and presentations
- Participating in analysis of
content performance and helping to develop plans to improve engagement and
effectiveness.
- Provide guidance related to
creative decisions and adjacent communications, such as social media and
advertising
- Align with digital marketing
for campaign optimization of messaging and distribution.
- Research and stay up to date
on the latest developments in search engine optimization, content trends
and user behavior
- Direct and manage day-to-day
communications and project tracking with creative teams, freelance content
creators, and agencies
- Conduct or participate in
interviews with Medrio colleagues, customers, and partners to develop
unique stories that showcase our solutions and services

primarily Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Human Resources, and
Executive Leadership
- Third-party vendors -
SEO/SEM and website development agencies
- Public relations agencies
- Industry association and
thought leader partners
Education and Years
of Experience:
- 4+ years of content
marketing experience for a B2B SaaS organizations, eClinical industry
experience a huge plus
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Journalism, or relevant work experience
Working Conditions:
- Required to participate in
frequent meetings using virtual technology like Google Meet or Zoom
- Extensive periods of time
sitting

- A strong portfolio and a
proven track record of delivering high-quality content at scale in a
business-to-business marketing environment
- Proven ability to synthesize
complex information into compelling, persuasive messaging
- An eagle eye for detail and
intense pride in polished proofreading
- Multi-channel,
multi-tasking, multi-disciplinary - experience across campaign, social,
web, and email
- Synthesis of disparate ideas
to create analogies, metaphors, and other narrative devices to communicate
insights and inspire a community
Bonus Points:
- Experience scaling content
and messaging to global geographies
- Experience with the
Challenger sales methodology or Insight-based marketing approaches
- Proficiency working within
the Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) and task management
systems like Asana, Wrike, or Monday.
Salary Range: $90,000 -
$102,500
