JOB OVERVIEW: The Social Media Community Manager role is responsible for being the brand representative across all social media platforms, implementing strategies to drive conversation and engagement with communities of fans. The person in this role will be responsible, from planning to reporting, on day-to-day and specific campaign social media content. Additionally, this person will participate in creator influencer outreach and campaigns.
LOCATION:- Fully Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day execution of brand’s social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community managing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and other emerging social platforms
Design and execute a social voice unique to the brand to drive the conversation with consumers and partners
Identify what captures people’s attention on social and drives engagement. Keep finger on the pulse of social trends, new platform features and best practices, providing channel and community insights with actionable next steps on an ongoing basis
Build a specific content calendar, that is in sync with overall marketing calendar, to plan optimized content for each platform including conceptualizing, writing and routing all posts for approvals when necessary
Work cross-functionally with creator influencer marketing team to identify emerging creators and create next steps to engage with these creators
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent years of experience
A minimum of 2-5 years experience working in social media marketing
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with publishing and analytics tools for all social platforms
Knowledge and avid interest in Movies, Pop Culture, Social Platforms and Entertainment Marketing
Background in creating content positive content that engages audiences
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
