Position Overview We’ve got big goals that we’re trying to achieve at Aerial because we know that we each only have ONE chance on Earth. So, we’re looking for someone who understands that their one chance on earth can be extremely impactful. As our Digital Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in directly assisting our Chief Marketing Officer with all things social media, content creation and optimization, storytelling, lead nurturing, and strategy. In this position you will be a jack of all trades, highly adaptable, a quick thinking AND learner, resourceful, and have a high attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly assist the Chief Marketing Officer on all Aerial companies’ marketing and social media initiatives.
Develop social media calendars, write social copy for Aerial social channels, create social content including short-form video, and post socials.
Collaborate across Aerial companies to craft intentional storytelling and social media campaigns that support each company mission.
Analyze available insights to inform social strategy, paid social strategy, and overall marketing content strategy.
Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop customer engagement funnels, email campaigns, lead generation landing pages, and sales strategy.
Look for whitespace in marketing strategies and create action plans to fill any holes.
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU:
Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or social media.
Work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Thrive off of feedback and are always looking for ways to improve both personally and professionally.
Strong visual eye with experience in design, photography, and video editing.
Are always looking for new trends and executing on strategies to hop on those trends.
