Title : UI/UX Designer
Location : Remote

Job Description
Help define digital customer experiences across customer based systems.

Partner with Product Managers and engineering to Client, document, and design new systems for key accounting stakeholders.

Individual contributor in partnership with cross-functional product team.

Responsible for discovery, research, systems mapping, analysis, and design in an agile environment.

Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to understand and identify areas of opportunity.

Develop and update assets as needed such as ecosystems, service design , Journey and user flows.

Experience understanding and designing in environments with complex data and multi-system architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research and discovery exercises.

Synthesis and create documentation to align the team and strategic direction.

Champion user-centricity in approaches and decisions.

Partner with engineering and product managers for sprint planning and engagement with agile ceremonies.

Self-starter, collaborative nature, strong communicator, comfortable understanding of data architectures.

Data visualization for complex items made easy to understand and use.
