The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and ability to work on a variety of projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing marketing for digital ads, course thumbnails, social media. publications, Google Slides & Canva presentations, on-site graphics, mockups, email graphic.
Creating visual concepts, layouts, and graphic designs for our website and social media platforms.
Collaborating with the design & marketing team to develop new design concepts and campaigns.
Presenting design concepts to the team and incorporating feedback to create final designs.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality.
Ensuring brand consistency across all designs.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques and systems.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
Advanced knowledge of graphic fundamentals for digital ads, website and social media platforms.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
Must be proficient in Figma.
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software).
Must possess strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with all stakeholders.
