About The Role
Shifting lifestyle and health-related behaviors, educating, and empowering women during their menopausal transition is at the heart of the Upliv care model. In addition to providing captivating top of funnel informational content, Upliv will create dynamic, evidence-based modules (with anticipated multimedia components) to serve as foundational components of care plans in providing a consistent, scalable approach to guiding patients through their appropriate goals and paths of care.

Upliv is looking for an energetic and devoted content expert to help develop and execute Upliv's content program. This program will deliver engaging and evidence-based content to drive health behavior, inform, and empower patients. In this role, you will work closely with the Upliv's Care and Product teams and cross functionally with Caire's Chief Product officer, Head of UX, Head of Content, and Chief Medical Officer to deliver impactful content at scale. Additionally, this role works cross functionally to support marketing efforts, including top of funnel outreach, branding, and approach to thought leadership. Our ideal candidate is proactive and strategic in identifying content and tactics to improve our patient experience and diligent in following through to completion.


  • Lead content development process from design through to execution (coordinating with copywriters, designers, SMEs to deliver high quality content)
  • Inventory all content created to date and appropriately categorize
  • Determine need for and identify resources to help execute on content including copywriting, content production (e.g., video, community events), and external collaborations
  • Define content development budget needs and manage implementation timeline and resources
  • Maintain organization of all content outputs and process
  • Measure effectiveness of the content against key patient and business priorities
  • Create target metrics for content engagement
  • Coordinate analytics report for member content engagement
  • Assist with building out and coordination various marketing efforts across the business
  • Provide input into social media strategy based in line with content development process
  • Assist in coordinating execution of social media calendar and approval process from Upliv leadership
  • Support client facing content development and coordination, as needed
  • Create and maintain the roadmap of Upliv's content development in order to drive patient and business outcomes
  • Build and execute top of funnel research plan (primary and secondary) to understand top patient and business needs
  • Partner with product and clinical operation teams to create, validate, and refine user journey mapping as it relates to patient content flow
  • Coordinate key business leaders to align and refine Upliv brand voice materials
  • Review and refine Upliv's content strategy framework
What You Bring
  • You have 4+ years of experience directly related to Content Management
  • You are an exceptional communicator – both written and verbal
  • You have authored and edited a wide variety of content (both long and short form)
  • You have a background in healthcare and can understand the unique considerations of developing content as an intervention
  • You have a strong consumer / customer orientation, including working with segmentation and journeys
  • You thrive in remote environments and are an empathetic communicator and natural collaborator who can work with people across the organization
  • You love working collaboratively and cross functionally, engaging with different stakeholders across the organization for the optimal outcome
  • You are deeply curious and passionate about improving women's health
  • You are detail oriented and have a strong execution mindset

Additional Details
  • Total compensation also includes a stock option grant and competitive benefits package
  • This role can be in person (in NYC) or remote and is open to candidates in the U.S.
