Position Overview The Health Systems Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives and projects that promote Cologuard to leaders within targeted Health Systems through digital channels. This role will drive the execution of a customer-centric digital engagement approach starting with a health systems-focused website and non-personal and digital promotion engagements targeted to C- and D-suite leaders within health systems.
The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding marketing acumen, as well as collaboration and project management skills including the ability to manage without authority, communicate effectively with marketing agencies, external partners, and field-based account teams, and manage budgets.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
Willingness to quickly become a subject matter expert on the current and projected healthcare landscape as it relates to health systems, CINs/ACOs, and other types of organized customers, and HIT with the ability to translate this knowledge through project specific support into strategy and solutions.
Maintain understanding of the health system market (range of business models, priorities, capabilities, etc.) and have the ability to learn and grow from a knowledge base perspective in this area.
Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams to sponsor/serve as a change agent internally around health systems. Effective collaboration will also be important to ensure development and execution of customer needs and resources.
Partner with the Health Systems marketing team to translate market trends into relevant market/customer resources and create disruptive solutions which enable Exact Sciences to meet our mission of early cancer detection.
Execute digital marketing and communications tactics to support the Cologuard business.
Support tactical planning for the Health Systems digital approach for Cologuard, ensuring the commercial strategies, product positioning, and messaging are effectively integrated into the digital promotional tactics and assets.
Report on and analyze performance metrics to determine the efficacy of health system initiatives.
Work with management and colleagues to vet new vendor capabilities to ensure their ability to deliver the marketing needs within the omnichannel ecosystem.
Lead material review committee meetings for approval of promotional assets.
Ability to manage and prioritize strategies, initiatives, and workload proactively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Collaborate within the Health Systems Marketing team and establish effective ways of working with cross-functional business partners.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
Ability to travel 20% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or field as outlined in the essential duties.
5+ years in digital marketing and/or non-personal promotion with understanding of omnichannel marketing, search engine optimization, and marketing automation, among other digital marketing approaches and tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills to include internet navigation and understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Digital marketing experience across Health Systems and/or Life Sciences companies.
Master’s degree in healthcare field, business administration or field related to essential duties.
Knowledge of the healthcare landscape (i.e., payment reform topics, care redesign, value-based care, population health management) as it relates to health systems and CINs/ACOs.
Project management experience.
Salary Range:
$105,000.00 - $168,000.00
The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements of the applicable plans.
