Title: Customer Success Manager – Genomics Integrations
Reports to: Global Genomics Customer Success Director
Summary
This is a field-based customer-focused role to support the successful deployment of our genomics digitalization (Portal and EMR-Integration), ensuring we are managing and meeting customer expectations, and continually gaining key stakeholder input into customer needs to inform our evolving genomics digitalization USP.
A key part of this role will be gaining an understanding of the evolution of our genomics capabilities and offering, and ensuring we integrate future needs into our digitalization services.
The role will work cross-functionally internally with all TAMs, IT and others to ensure effective communication and coordination.The role will be measured against revenue uptake and account retention.
Description Of Tasks
This is a varied and dynamic role working with both internal and external stakeholders as well as interaction with our customer base ensuring their needs are met and they are adept in operating our digital platforms. Working closely with our Portal roll-out team to develop solutions and help to drive our Digitalisation Project you will be part of a team focussed on driving growth within the Genomic testing area of CooperSurgical. You will work with IT, R&D and Commercial teams to develop a roadmap for projects, provide education and training to customers, and liaise with customers on current and future digital solution requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing Portals/EMR/Apps, an understanding of the basics of Genomics and the Life Sciences industry, be customer focussed and adept at developing and managing relationships.
- Gain a good understanding of customer needs and continue to gain customer feedback to improve digital applications
- Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on new digitalization technologies or solutions that will be implemented in their workflows
- Coordinating with IT and other internal departments to ensure any and all requests are completed within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team and product managers to develop a genomics digitalization roadmap of continuous process improvement to ensure CSI provide key customer base with digitalization solutions in an effective, timely and customer-centric manner
- Coordinating with customers and vendors (EMRs; other digital platforms) to ensure that data and integration is correct, managing and monitoring ongoing integration projects to ensure that the project is on schedule and meets customers’ needs and expectations
- Managing the overall integration process from beginning to end
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digitalization in Life Sciences or Healthcare field
- Computer science/web developer degree preferred
- EMR integration management
- Portal launch management
- Proficient project manager
- Proficient in IT systems terminology
