Designer Qualifications: The Designer will possess a strong design portfolio and can quickly and efficiently translate a creative brief into a creative product that adheres to marketing strategies, brand standards, and business goals. To excel in this role, you must be flexible and have the ability to design across a wide variety of projects, clients, and industries. Keeping in touch with popular culture, current events, demographics, and psychographics are extremely important in this position to execute thumb-stopping advertising and innovative brand design. Above all, this role requires a passion for solving real problems for real people through research, design, and iteration.

Responsibilities
Understands how to translate creative briefs into targeted and effective creative output within the time allotted by the Product Operations Team
Designs and creates content for seasonal campaigns including email, video, landing pages, social media, digital advertising, and more...
Maintains consistency in digital marketing while following brand guidelines
Work closely with, communicate and present creative with all key stakeholders and counterparts
Seek ways to enhance the e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile and responsive design first)
Provide design support to other creative team members to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics
Mastery of basic design principles such as typography, composition, scale, etc.
Obsesses over the customer experience and the brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple deadlines on various projects at a time
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Bachelor’s degree in communication/graphic design, digital design, digital advertising, or comparable degree program, or commensurate experience
Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Proficiency in Animation, Web design, and Video Editing is a plus but not required.
