Grow your career as User Interface Designer/Developer within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for the user interface of our websites, and will have a working knowledge of HTML5, SCSS, and JavaScript.- Work closely with the Business, product managers and product owners to identify requirements to maximize customer success
- Experience in designing for a CMS platform containing multiple brands
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel perfect comps keeping the platform capabilities and limitations in mind
- Work with developers to ensure product quality and web development best practices by providing pixel perfect comps and doing scss code reviews
- Occasionally transform design comps into front-end code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or UX design
- Design for accessibility standards
- Create and maintain usability documentation
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript
- Experience designing for and using CMS platforms like Optimizely (Episerver)
- Proficiency with HTML5, including semantic HTML5 elements
- Proficiency with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less
- Working knowledge of SEO principles
- Basic proficiency with Photoshop and web design
- Working knowledge of UX design principles
- User interface design
- UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
