How you will make an impact:
Research relevant insurance topics, gather publically available data, and translate Insurify's proprietary data to write data insights articles and reports.
Identify new opportunities to use data to inform readers and members of the media about important insurance-related topics.
Support cross-functional partners with copywriting for a variety of communication vehicles, from email marketing to press releases, data insights articles and reports to product pages.
Support and collaborate with the SEO, Product, and Marketing teams for cross-functional projects big and small, including copywriting, editing, and content optimization.
Perform minor editorial tasks when needed...because the grind never stops!
Who you are:
An utter devotion to the written word – you live to write!
Flexibility – you can write about a variety of topics in multiple styles.
The skill to juggle multiple, congruent deadlines for a diverse range of products.
Top-notch research skills, with the ability and willingness to eventually master all things insurance.
Undergraduate degree with relevant coursework (English, Communications, Marketing, etc.), as well as quantitative aptitude.
Transferable Internship, Writing for the School Magazine or 1-2 years of experience in professional writing setting
Experience writing, posting, and managing web content in a voice other than your own.
Willingness to pivot between multiple projects at once and single-handedly manage relationships with contractors.
A team mentality with a solid work ethic. You're not afraid to take the reins, learn from mistakes, always move forward, and help build the next big thing in insurance!
