About The Role
We are looking for an Associate Designer to contribute to the customer experience builds with our internal team. The ideal candidate has a detail-oriented eye for visuals, interest in designing for systems, and is comfortable designing according to the project scope and a client's brand identity. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in expanding their knowledge and experience in graphic and UX design, fashion and sustainability, and building innovative digital experiences

This position reports to the team Designer

Salary: $55,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Assist in the ideation and visual design of our customer experiences, ensuring that designs are consistent with each client's visual identity and will allow for an intuitive & engaging customer experience
• Assist with visual design research where needed
• Assist in the collection of various visual assets (such as fonts & logo files) needed from clients
• Assist in the creation of iterative wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Assist in the build of commercial customer experiences
• Assist in the build of sales demos of customer experiences for prospective clients
• Run quality control checks of all assets before team or client hand-off
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product/Engineering and Marketing to ensure all design work supports a focused point of view
• Assist in additional design tasks such as Photoshopping of images, applying branding to internal decks, and speccing of design files
• Comfortable with accepting and incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable with presenting and talking through design ideas with internal and external stakeholders
  

Additional Qualifications And Considerations

• 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, UX Design or related field
• A portfolio of design work—both commercial and conceptual/experimental work is welcome in this portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, and Powerpoint
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and additional Adobe programs is a plus
• Time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
• A problem-solving aptitude
