The Role:
The next step in evolving our shopper journey will be bringing on a Graphic Designer who will create smart, memorable content to move Fetch's brand forward and to engage new & existing partners

What you'll do:

• Design content for a range of B2B, corporate and internal communications, including:
• Creating new and modifying existing presentations, sales sheets, digital ads, case studies, videos, web content, tradeshow booths and more
• Establishing easy-to-use templates, infographics, icon systems, etc.
• Support creative leads in generating elite B2B work that is reflective of a world-class tech company
• Working within and push Fetch's established B2B visual identity
• Taking on other Fetch design-related projects when time allows
  

How you'll do it:

• Concept, design, iterate, and revise pixel-perfect(ish) projects based on provided briefs and feedback
• Seek out opportunities for design elevation throughout Fetch's portfolio of creative work
• Demonstrate dedication to diversity, inclusion, and representation
• Keep on top of trends in content, storytelling, and best design practices
• Provide opinions and points-of-view about the best approach to each project
  

Who you'll work with:

Work closely with Fetch's marketing, product, corporate and sales teams

• Collaborate closely with creative team peers - writers, illustrators, motion designers, graphic designers, creative leadership, & project manager
• Support the initiatives of design & illustration leadership, and other marketing teams
• Work with Fetch leadership, Partner Development and New Business teams to understand objectives, target specific audiences, and evaluate design outcomes
  

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years graphic design experience with strong examples of B2B work
• Transform insights & strategy into excellent creative output
• Ability to turn cocktail napkin doodles into powerful content
• Visual problem solving (across a variety of media)
• Infographics Illustration (Use of vector formatted designs)
• Incorporating photography in designs
• Refined typography & layout
• Fluent in the tools our team uses most
• Presentation generating programs: PowerPoint & Google Slides
• Adobe Creative Cloud software
• Understanding & designing for specific audiences
• Collaborative spirit
• Values & welcomes feedback
• Willing & able to ask questions and seek suggestions from teammates
• Capable of articulating design rationale and making insightful recommendations
• Motivated and curious
• Organized and self-starting attitude
• Persistent and resourceful in execution
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
• Strong time-management skills

Nice to have:

• Figma and HTML experience
• Project management tool and DAM experience
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Animation – After Effects
• Building templates in Iterable or other CRM tools
  

$65,000 - $75,000 + Equity

• Can discuss based on experience.
