Job Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in expanding Enhance’s DTC digital acquisition engine across search, display, social and affiliate. This jack of all trades role will be hands on in a wide array of marketing functions, including digital ad buying, copy writing, project management, and funnel optimization.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Help to optimize scale a broad range of digital marketing strategies on both existing channels and test into new verticals within the digital landscape (Reddit, TikTok, etc.) to drive ACA member acquisition
Learn how to do full funnel optimization, from account structuring and media buying to contact rate optimization and LTV/CPA ratios from the Digital Marketing Director
Work closely with Enhance’s data analytics team to create real time reporting and funnel dashboards within Tableau
Work closely with graphic designers, UX designers, and writers to create high quality direct response ads across a multitude of platforms
Create custom targeting strategies across demographics and platforms for a wide range of consumer archetypes
Constantly review KPIs and launch multi-variate tests to both provide insights and action upon them
Tirelessly combine first and third party data to create insights to power increased campaign performance
Help to manage Enhance’s relationships with ad platform account representatives
Education, Skills And Experience
2-3 year of varied marketing experience- a knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager a plus
Strong data and analytical skills are required- this role will be responsible for distilling multiple inputs into tangible outputs
A demonstrated knowledge of and interest in the digital landscape is required- this role will grow into an expert digital marketer
Experience working within performance marketing funnels- this position will be laser focused on metrics like CTR, CPL, CPA and LTV
