Agent Launch is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and help us achieve our marketing goals. You will work closely with our content marketing and operations teams to ensure that our social media content aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives
Manage and create content for various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok)
Create timely content in response to market trends and current events
Capture and edit video content for optimized social media distribution
Monitor social media channels and engage with target audience
Collaborate with content marketing team to ensure brand alignment
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and bring new ideas to the table
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of social media marketing experience
Content creation and video editing experience for social media (Instagram, TikTok) is a plus
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Highly organized and able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
Familiarity with social media analytics and data-driven optimization
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool)
Passion for the real estate industry is a plus
Comfortable creating content in front of the camera is a bonus
