Knowt UI/UX Designer - Early Stage (Recent Graduate)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing new versions of our mobile app and website, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure that our product meets our business objectives. You will lead the design process from ideation to delivery, and work closely with our development team to ensure that our product is user-friendly and visually appealing.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of our mobile app and website, from ideation to delivery
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our product meets our business objectives
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Define and implement design guidelines and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies


Requirements:
  • Recent graduate from university
  • US Citizen (eligible to work in the US without sponsorship)
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and processes
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expertise in after effects or similar animation softwares
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
