You have tangible, quantifiable experience running omni channel campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms, from strategy to execution. You are intrinsically driven for success and hold yourself to a high standard, which manifests in high autonomy and self-management.
Communication is a strong point for you, whether in an email, slide deck, or Zoom call with clients. You make the complicated seem simple, and turn complex topics into clear action steps. This results in high client trust, not only in your results, but also in your strategic thinking and foresight.
You don't fear failure, because you research and consider options before executing, and you know that learning requires taking risks. When things don't go as planned, you are the first to take accountability. You are open-minded and driven to learn as much as you can, regardless of whether it aligns with your existing assumptions.
Objective The Strategist leads client engagements to successful outcomes, resulting in long-term client retention and scope expansion, as well as referrals to new business.
The Strategist’s main KPI is Managed Revenue of $20,000+, defined as the revenue paid to Rocket Clicks by clients for Digital Advertising services, shared among the participating team members.
