As an Integration Engineer, you’ll partner with various business units and our Business Analysts team to identify integration opportunities and improve upon existing integrations.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-premises using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (cloud integration, application integration and enterprise web service APIs)
- Manage, monitor, troubleshoot and support existing integrations
- Provide technical subject matter expertise and work with architects, other tech leads, and business analysts to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives
- Analyze integration requirements and perform gap analysis; create technical design documents and maintain source/destination field mapping library
- Responsible for architectural and technical project documentation
Who you are:
- Should have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of integration experience
- Strong understanding of various protocols/methods of communication, including JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, XML, XML Schemas, REST, JSON, FTP, SFTP
- Strong understanding of REST web services
- Hands-on Experience with Workato
- Programming experience with Java / Python
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Functional experience with ERP and CRM systems (i.e. NetSuite, Financeforce, Salesforce)
- Hands-on experience on other Integration Platforms such as Workato, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, and Tray.io

At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary. That said, we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range to be as listed above and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will also be eligible for additional compensation incentives including an annual bonus and other great benefits.
