The Night Shift On-Call Customer Service Representative (After-Hours Support Specialist) will handle all emergency line requests that come in after business hours (night shift), weekends, etc. from clients and travelers/clinicians. They will be responsible for taking calls and emails and handling as needed from clients and travelers, while on-call.

Working hours are subject to change but common hours include 5 pm PST – 5 am PST as well as a 24 hour 5 am PST – 5 am PST shift.

This role will work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on-call as needed (nights/weekends/holidays, etc.)
  • Take emergency line calls and emails from clients and/or travelers
  • Help travelers enroute to assignment(s) with hotels, airfare, Ubers, etc.
  • Check for paystubs to see if travelers received direct deposits
  • Forward inquiries to relevant department and set expectations for a call back
  • Work with Account Managers to help update travelers on the status of their assignment
  • Work with clients needing help to re-route travelers to a different campus, set up drug screens and/or cancellations
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Answer any questions as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Full-time 36-40 hrs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for clinicians and clients
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
  • Incredible work ethic
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Must be able to work weekday nights and weekends as needed

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $28.85 to $30.29 hourly, which equates to $60,000 to $63,000 annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
