The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing lead generation relationships with strategic partners and affiliates for a top health plan in the US, in addition to other large providers in the home services field. The role will require a strong understanding of affiliate marketing and partnership strategies, as well as a proven track record of success in building and scaling successful affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the healthcare industry and a deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape. This job requires seeking out new partnerships as its primary function of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic affiliate marketing plan to drive growth and revenue for the health plan by seeking out new affiliate partners in the digital space, particularly enterprise-level partnerships
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to the program
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including negotiating contracts and managing payouts
Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate affiliates to drive results
Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for optimizing the program
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, legal, and compliance, to ensure the program is aligned with the health plan's goals and objectives
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the health plan's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to partners
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed about the latest trends and technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices
Strong desire to seek out and attract new affiliate partnerships to add to the affiliate program
Experience managing and scaling successful affiliate programs
Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Knowledge of the home services space is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Willingness to travel to attend industry events and conferences as necessary
