The Role


The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for campaign development, management, and optimization across Digital Marketing tactics of Display, Social Media, Video, OTT/CTV and Streaming platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of audience targeting capabilities across the various digital platforms as well as overall Paid Media best practices. This is a highly visible role that will work with key stakeholders within the Consumer business unit.


Top candidates will have a strong understanding of Digital campaign management, analytics, and testing strategies and have experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for the ultimate success of the digital paid advertising campaign.


The Main Responsibilities


  • Manage external Digital Media agency to execute multiple cross-channel campaigns across Digital Display, Social, Video, OTT/CTV and streaming platforms
  • Develop, execute, and optimize cross-channel integrated digital marketing campaigns targeting consumer customers.
  • Develop campaign data tracking strategies and implement appropriate tags and UTM parameters.
  • Define and analyze campaign KPIs to deliver consistent and rigorous measurement of progress to key goals and benchmarks.
  • Provide status, results, and insights of campaigns with stakeholders across different business units.
  • Maintain media budgets throughout campaign life cycle.
  • Apply best practices across through the digital customer journey and make recommendations based on performance and data.
  • Manage execution of several projects simultaneously.


Required


What We Look For in a Candidate


  • 4+ years of Digital Marketing (Display, Social Video, OTT/CTV, Streaming Platforms) experience or 3+ years of experience with Master's degree
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with Paid Digital and Social advertising and best practices
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of projects with varying release cycles, milestones, deliverables.
  • Effective and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior leadership within the organization
  • Results driven personality, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong project management skills for guiding agency deliverables effectively and efficiently.


Preferred


  • Master's Degree
  • Consumer service marketing (e.g. telecom, banking, cable or content streaming services).
  • Brand marketing experience.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.


This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
