CloudBolt is looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Customers. You will serve as the main “Point of Contact” (POC), to our customers and understand their overall needs and high-level objections.


Customer Success Managers pro-actively develop relationships with their customers, as well as facilitate communication with Technical Support when necessary. They are responsible for identifying potential areas of concern for customers before they arise. They make recommendations based on their recognition of a client’s current and future requirement(s) during the ongoing business relationship. As a result, Customer Success Managers are a key component of our overall Customer Success Strategy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Work with customers to ensure overall success with CloudBolt
  • Work with customers through the onboarding process and customer journey while ensuring they are fully adopted and happy
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, support, engineering, and other departments
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for the customer throughout their customer journey
  • Feel confident interacting with every individual from every company, small to enterprise, via phone and email
  • Turn every customer into a CloudBolt Champion


Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests
  • Proactive in solving customer requests while proving a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Proactive and seeks opportunities to learn and improve existing processes
  • Takes pride in providing a high level of services and delivering a consistent performance
  • Working with systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
