Nutrabolt is looking for a Sr. Designer focused Commercial and Trade Marketing. What You're Good At:
- Creating design systems and asset suites to be leveraged across experiential, shopper, field, and trade applications
- Leading design direction on all visuals for point of sale applications and translate into a variety of applications, including: static stickers, wobblers, shelf talkers, case cards, header cards, pallet wrap, mass display signage, pole toppers, corrugated mass display spectaculars, end cap signage, end cap dress up kit, shippers, cooler graphics, rack graphics
- Creating enticing and functional pitch decks and designing materials for high visibility customer meetings and presentations
- Applying creative elements to product display assets such as: PDQ's, power wings, prebuilt pallet displays
- Translating lead visuals and other brand assets to OMNI deliverables, such as: banner ads, off site display
- Supporting the team in the creation of brand guidelines and becoming a brand champion that ensures the standard is always maintained
- Driving Field Marketing design needs such as; signage, tents, barrel coolers, apparel and premiums
- Managing design updates and leading design explorations for branded field vehicles (trucks, jeeps, vans) for seasonal tentpole programming and local market needs
- Supporting brand and experiential teams with design explorations for marquee programming, seasonal tentpole events, and OOH campaign executions
- In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
- Delivery of inspiring and impactful world class creative
- Creative project turnaround to pre-agreed timelines
- Collaboration with key stakeholders
- Brand KPIs: awareness, consideration, NPS score
- DTC KPIs: revenue, new customer acquisition, lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost CAC
What You Contribute:
- A degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of graphic design experience either in-house or at an agency
- Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working at a CPG company required, beverage preferred
- An attitude that is open to real time feedback and works collaboratively across the organization
- Experience in setting up mechanical files for large scale and small scale print production with appropriate bleeds and crop marks
- Deep understanding of file size requirements for photography and rendering for print production ensuring we are trafficking final graphics that can be produced without pixilation relative to the size of the asset being produced
- Creative prowess for structural design and optimizing how our products are displayed in store
- Experience building 3D renderings of final displays and pallets for presentations
- Experience designing in large format, such as: OOH, truck wraps
- A killer aesthetic and can contribute to campaign ideation
- Knows how to balance business objectives and can effectively develop creative solutions to address them
