What Are We Looking For?
GOBankingRates is looking for an Search Engine Optimization intern for our 2023 GOInterns Program!
We're looking for someone who wants to learn about Content and Technical SEO - concepts, tools, and execution. The right candidate will be passionate about learning, have a bias towards action, and enjoy working with data.
This is a minimum 12-week internship beginning in June 2023 that will provide hands-on experience working on challenging real-world problems that will help build your expertise and resume! This is a paid internship at a rate of $17.00/hour.
How Will You Make an Impact?
You'll have the opportunity to execute on a number of SEO projects using a data-driven approach:
- Contribute to our Organic content strategy and learn more about content operations, keyword research and on-page optimization
- Analyze and repair website technical problems, working hands-on with product and engineering
- Bring your ideas to the table
- Learn concepts, tools and techniques from an SEO team with a proven track record
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a Bachelor's degree Marketing, Data Science
- General Interest in Digital Media/ Online Advertising
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday-Friday between 9:00AM - 6:00PM PST for the duration of the 12-week program
