A Client Services Coordinator's primary focus is helping families get the help they need through our proven process. We are looking for someone with extensive client/customer service experience who enjoys working with and helping people. Our firm does operate 95% virtually, however, the ideal candidate for this position with live in the metro-Detroit area.
While the primary responsibilities of this position are client services related, sales-related experience or interest will make you successful in this role. When clients call our firm, they often do not know where to start first and sometimes are experiencing a difficult situation in their family. It is the duty of the Client Services Coordinator (CSC) to evaluate their situation, listen to their story, determine whether or not we can help them, and schedule their Initial Meeting. We do not offer free consultations, so this process requires the person sitting in this seat to accurately convey they benefits and importance of investing in and scheduling their first meeting. This is the first step in our Virtual Proven Process. The client's conversation with the CSC is the first impression they have of our firm and our team, so it is vital that this person understands not only how to help the client from a firm process perspective, but want to help them and empathize with them on a personal level. The CSCs are involved in the client's journey from start to finish and are an integral part of every team at our firm.
