What You Will Do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate Amgen’s messages across a variety of mediums. You will work closely with our multi-faceted team to develop and execute designs that give visual understanding to complicated topics.
Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with Amgen’s branding guidelines and communication goals.
Create engaging and impactful motion graphics and animations for videos, websites, and social media platforms.
Design print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters that effectively communicate Amgen’s messages.
Develop engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal clients.
Collaborate with our team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and technology.

What We Expect Of You

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Or
Master’s degree and 2 years of digital, motion graphic, print and PowerPoint experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of digital, motion graphic, print and PowerPoint experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of digital, motion graphic, print and PowerPoint experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of digital, motion graphic, print and PowerPoint experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience at agency or in-house design team with a focus on graphic design, motion graphics, print and PowerPoint design.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), PowerPoint, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, video editing, and animation techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio that showcases exceptional design skills and motion graphics.

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $92,981 - $126,439.
