Overview
College Golf Experience is looking for the next member of our growing digital marketing team to help increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. This team member will be responsible for social media content strategy, community and membership engagement, partner and sponsor collaborations, and day-to-day execution across our marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a background in golf, a deep knowledge of the collegiate and junior golf landscape, and is eager to build a career in marketing, beginning with a social media emphasis.
Experience Required
- A former college golfer familiar with the junior golf world (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud or other digital tools)
- Ability to understand trends in the social media space & translate for CGX business needs
- Strong copywriting skills and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in a fast paced startup environment
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Day-to-day management of College Golf Experience social accounts
- Own the CGX social media and digital marketing calendars
- Create photo/video content for social media and write copy
- Develop engaging campaigns for social media platforms that promote new camp launches and educate our key audience on the CGX value proposition
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Engage with the CGX community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Foster meaningful interactions, build relationships, and proactively address customer feedback or concerns
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various website and email marketing needs
