REPS, LLC is seeking a talented SEO and Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing and dynamic digital marketing team. Leveraging a range of contemporary strategies in search engine marketing and growth-hacking techniques, this role will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to optimize and improve the sites of REPS and those of its clients. As an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist with REPS, you will perform diligent keyword research and support it with optimized content, while driving brand awareness and ROI through organic client acquisition tactics.
This position requires a highly motivated and creative mindset. You will be required to collaborate with team members and adaptively implement your skills across a wide range of clients, industries, and verticals. You will be expected to develop a solid on-page SEO strategy, be able to support it alongside other writers with well-written content, and then help deliver that content to a wider audience through a variety of off-page SEO techniques.
The SEO and Content Marketing Specialist should have knowledge and experience of inbound marketing concepts, and be well-rounded on all digital marketing channels. The core responsibility will be to expand the digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads of REPS and its clients. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities Include:
Execute and improve all organic search tactics for Google and Bing
Optimize copy and landing pages for maximum organic exposure and conversions while maintaining engaging and targeted content
Analyze web analytics to drive insights and data-driven content optimization recommendations
Perform ongoing keyword expansion, including identification and implementation of keyword opportunities
Write and design pages optimized for SEO, staying true to branding standards
Stay updated on search engine updates to identify and implement contemporary, SEO-driven strategies
Work with the web development team to ensure the website conforms to usability and mobility standards
Perform site audits, identify improvements, and work with the web development team to ensure all back-end functionality (3XX, 4XX, 5XX, etc.)
Execute link-building and link profile management activities, including opening accounts, webmaster outreach, relationship building, etc.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in organic campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO initiatives and campaigns
Research and analyze the competition and competitor websites
Work with the content development team to drive content creation and promotion with SEO
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Must have at least two years of experience in digital marketing and SEO.
Excellent understanding of contemporary digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
Synergized understanding of other forms of digital marketing, including content marketing, PPC, conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, re-targeting, etc.
Proven experience implementing successful SEO campaigns for clients
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and organic customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Excellent written skills and command of the English language
