Sun Day Travel, LLC is looking for a highly motivated representative to join our team in our remote office. The representative will create trip packages based off client needs. While this is a fully remote position, only people that live in the United States are eligible to work with our vendors.
The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales, marketing, and customer service. This candidate should have previous relevant experience and be interested in learning new sales techniques. To succeed in this role, he/she should be goal-driven and have strong negotiation skills. Must be motivated and a self starter.
Responsibilities:
Execute excellent customer service. Provide every client with top level customer service.
Have effective written and verbal communications – Collect and compile customer quote requests. Communicate with customers regarding their quote and upcoming trips.
Create and process vacation packages – Create, and present quotes to clients based of their request. Book vacation packages and take secure payments.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of related experience in business, sales, customer service or a related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Legally able to work in the United States
Over the age of 18
Willingness to learn
Travel experience is not required but is a plus
