6 month contract to hire opportunity
- Develop a solid knowledge of brand guidelines and help develop and maintain design resources for the organization.
- Design projects from concept to completion. Projects will include original designs for digital and print, including posters, brochures, signage, reports, social media, email, presentations and for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with other members of the design team and other enterprise business partners. Will work under senior designers on large-scale projects but also be responsible for the creation of their own design on independent projects.
- Participate in design sessions on new and/or collaborative projects.
- Strong design style, including creative design solutions.
- Stay current with design industry trends and guidelines.
- Must be an expansive and creative thinker with proven ideation and conceptual skills.
- Solid understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them.
- Adaptable to new design challenges in an ever-changing industry.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in delivering comps and press materials to developers, printers, and clients.
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Able to work with a team.
- Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
