As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing design solutions within Marathon Health brand guidelines for day-to-day design needs across digital and traditional mediums for our member marketing team. This will be a hands-on, fast-paced role, and this individual should understand many aspects of design including: brand identity, design systems, digital and social marketing, and print. This role entails communicating and collaborating effectively with member marketing stakeholders, fellow designers, content writers, project managers, client advocates and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities
Produce designed materials using existing templates that creatively communicate and are consistent with Marathon Health’s brand and vision
email communications working from existing wireframes and/or mockups
Manage the intake of multiple member marketing requests from Marathon Health account managers and prioritize based on knowledge of organizational goals, collaborating with those account managers to understand the why behind the request and the needs of the target population.
Partner with b2c marketers to support the brand experience for our members via creation of branded materials and templates including flyers, brochures, posters, mailers, forms, physical and digital signage, and emails
Continuous learning and enhancement of design skills
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience as a creative professional, specializing in graphic design
Experience and understanding of the creative process regarding print, digital, multi-media
Experience designing using existing templates for emails, PowerPoint decks, patient engagement materials (knowledge of Seismic a plus)
Knowledge of layouts, graphic design fundamentals, typography, print, web
Ability to implement feedback and changes when appropriate
Willingness to learn about industry trends to produce relevant, impactful designs
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where sharing, brainstorming, and conceptualizing with other designers is standard practice.
Ability to quickly pivot from one project to the next with ease

Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design
Basic knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email platforms (specifically building emails) a plus
Basic knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRMs) a plus
Video editing, motion graphics experience a plus
