Business Development (Executive Search Industry) -Commission Based-Remote


You aim to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize our commercial performance.

You will identify and lead new business development opportunities within your dedicated market and discipline.


Key Responsibilities

The role is demanding, diverse and involves:

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships
  • Researching and generating recruiting leads
  • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
  • Communicating with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will bring 5-10 years of relevant experience in Business Development in the Executive Search Industry, Recruitment Industry or Relevant Service Industries.
