Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Sales/Marketing/Lead Generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO and paid advertising strategies that drive website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, paid marketing platforms, and Google and other data analytics. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. This is a remote position, located in the United States.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO optimization.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, ranking, and traffic.
Build and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIN Ads, and others.
Assist with website and campaign landing page content development, with a focus on structure and metadata for search engines.
Assist in the rebrand and launch of Seabrook products and solutions.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimize ad targeting and personalization.
Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve ad performance and ROI.
Assist with the creation of advertising budgets and allocate spending across campaigns to achieve business goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytical tools.
Produce regular reports on SEO and paid marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.
Stay up to date on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth through SEO and paid marketing efforts.
Travel Required:
Minimal. The Digital Marketing Specialist should be prepared to travel less than 10%
Travel required based on:
Partner events, trade shows, professional development.
Experience / Qualifications
Skills and Abilities Required:
Deep understanding of SEO and paid marketing platforms, tools, and best practices
Proven success with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other analytics tools
Experience as SEO and paid marketing specialist or similar role
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization
Additional marketing and rebranding experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
