Medical Device Independent Field Sales Representative with office-based medical (surgical) device experience. Fast growing company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Skills/Abilities:

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Medical device, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred.
Knowledge of the office-based surgery markets would be a plus. Including plastic surgery, dermatology, ENT, ophthalmology/optometry, oral surgery, and/or veterinary specialties.
Ability to learn and effectively articulate our value proposition to our customers in a compelling fashion.
Competency to learn technical product knowledge and medical terminology for use during discussions with customers.
The ideal candidate will be independent, articulate, self-motivated, and results driven, with a highly personable and energetic presence.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred
