Creative Account Coordinator (Freelancer)

About the role: The role requires effective internal communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders across disciplines. You will assist in preparing client updates, presentations, and status sheets, while also tracking project assets. Collaborating closely with project managers, you will ensure clear timelines are communicated to internal stakeholders. Working alongside the Account team, you will help move projects through internal systems and ensure client requirements are met by proofreading deliverables. Additionally, you will provide support to the Account Management team as needed.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Facilitate internal communication between multiple internal stakeholders across disciplines
- Support in the preparation of client updates, presentations, status sheets and asset trackers
- Work closely with project managers to understand and communicate timelines to internal stakeholders
- Works closely with Account team to move projects through internal systems
- Ensure client requirements are met and proofread deliverables
- Support Account Management team as needed
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams across the org
- Develop a firm understanding of WITHIN’s creative process
- Learn how the business operates and what success for WITHIN looks like
- Growth in this role will lead to an Account Management position, in which the Account Manager will assume full responsibility for client accounts
- Reports to Director of Accounts, Creative
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of experience working with a creative team or in digital marketing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, G-Suite
- Based in Eastern Standard Time Zone
