Responsibilities


  • The primary responsibilities of UX/UI designer are as follows:
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Director, Front-end, and Backend team members to understand design requirements and user needs in an agile environment
  • Collaborate effectively within an agile team, adapting to changes and prioritizing work accordingly
  • Create outstanding UI/UX designs, focusing on logo design and branding, that align with our brand identity and target audience
  • Develop comprehensive branding style guides, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Utilize Figma and other relevant design tools to translate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows into visually appealing and functional designs.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from the Product Director and team members.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and design reviews.

Desired Qualifications


  • Strong passion for environmental conservation, natural resource management, and/or climate solutions
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, branding, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience creating comprehensive branding style guides and ensuring design consistency across various platforms.
