Under the general supervision of the UX Director, you will be executing and leading visual explorations from concept through to perfect execution. Helping drive the future of the healthcare industry by providing innovative experiences through a deep knowledge of human behavior and creating experiences where every touchpoint, large and small, are thoughtfully considered. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Brainstorm, design and execute on concepts and content across digital channels.
• Thoroughly understand our clients’ business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements, then translate those into designs that are compelling, engaging, and easy to use.
• Stay abreast of current industry standards and techniques to ensure an effective digital design that achieves our clients’ goals. Maintain knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to digital design.
• Lead projects and digital asset development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute designs based on the creative brief provided by the client team and brand guidelines; this includes emails, web banners, landing pages, website properties and more.
• Collaborate and ideate with a multidisciplinary team including brand strategists, creative directors, and copywriters to bring concepts to life.
• Provide final, pixel-perfect UI designs with specifications for developers
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in a design-related field
• An eye for detail and an ability to navigate ambiguity
• Passion for Human-Centered Design-a drive to make interactive technology better for people.
• Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus
• Advanced expertise in interaction design, UX research, and UI design
• Ability to think strategically about business needs while always looking for new opportunities to solve business problems and advocate for data-driven solutions and best practices
• Manage multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines, working independently and/or with the design team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player and collaborator with a great attitude
• Analytical thinker and problem solver
• Experience creating, using, and maintaining design systems
• Knowledge of mobile design standards and experience with responsive design best practices
• Knowledge of accessibility design standards
• Proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design rationale, processes and solutions to internal stakeholders including senior leadership
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
