Who we need:


Reporting to the Head of Business Growth and working directly with the Growth team, we are looking for a driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic Lead Generator/Sales Support Administrator. You will play a mission-critical role, generating and qualifying leads, connecting us to new business opportunities, and analyzing the market for untapped areas to grow. Everything you do will support our aggressive sales goals and further our pursuit to become a leading Digital Acceleration Partner.

What you will do:


As our new Lead Generator/Sales Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the New Business Growth business unit as well as create sales opportunities in Canada and the USA, reaching out to secure bookings for the sales team.


You will:


  • Work closely with the team to drive efficiencies, ensure policies are upheld, improve business processes, and help research sales tools to meet growing market demands. You will coordinate and prioritize sales leads, compiling data, setting up meetings and provide general administrative support for the New Business Growth business unit.
  • Assist in the creation of quotes, orders, and various reports, ensuring all of the documents are processed in a timely manner with a high attention to detail.
  • Work with current and new sales tools to generate leads and use HubSpot to keep your performance and funnel organized
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales enablement collateral.
  • Become an expert in our Digital Acceleration Partner model, and our clients’ industries to best understand and customize your approach with prospects.


What you bring:


The experience and determination. You have experience providing administrative support to a growing sales team and are comfortable reaching out to new prospective clients. You are an active listener who can interpret and respond to customers’ business requirements and problems, connecting them to the services and solutions they need.


The technology. You are proficient with MS Office and have experience working with a CRM such as Hubspot.


Interpersonal skills. You have exceptional communication skills. You can build and foster internal and external relationships, building trust and influencing decisions.. You operate with integrity and hold yourself and others up to a high work ethic. You thrive in an autonomous role, but enjoy connecting with people internally to grow your technical knowledge, shape your approach to our mission, and share ideas. You have a deep respect for the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of anyone you work with.
