Temporary Recruiter
Can be done remote but must reside in California
The Recruiter will manage recruitment process for all internal/external positions from job creation to filling of positions, including requisitions, approvals, postings, interviews, offers, and background/reference checks. The Recruiter will manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full-cycle recruiting.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Must have a minimum of two years recruiting or human resources experience. Must have knowledge of hiring laws. Must demonstrate excellent follow-up skills. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Pay Range - $25.00 - $28.00 DOE
